1. Make sure all phones are on the same Wi‑Fi — or one phone's hotspot with the others joined to it.
2. Open Hopwave on every phone and wait 10 seconds. Pull down on the Crew list to rescan.
3. iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network › turn on Hopwave.
4. Guest / hotel / public Wi‑Fi often blocks phones from talking to each other. Use a phone hotspot instead.
5. Still nothing? Use Go live › Listen link · QR and scan it on the other phone.

The other phone needs Hopwave open (or running in the background). On iPhone, if the app was fully closed by the system it can't ring — ask them to open it. If it says "Can't reach their phone", check you're on the same network.

• Move closer to the router or hotspot phone.
• You › Listen settings: raise the buffer to 500 ms.
• Use the Standard quality preset instead of HD on busy Wi‑Fi.
• Far away? Turn on a relay phone at the edge of the network (Android).

Tune in to the camera stream first; the picture follows within a few seconds. Video uses more bandwidth than audio — stay near the router, and make sure the broadcaster's camera preview is showing.

Open the Pro screen and tap Already bought it? Restore (same Apple ID / Google account). On Android it usually restores automatically.

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google — request a refund through Apple or Google Play.
